What is “CIS Link"?

CIS Link is an online service that allows you to view and pay your water bill online, view if a payment has been posted, and view your meter reading and transaction histories.  We are excited to be able to provide our customers with this resource. We hope you find it convenient to view your water account at your leisure without having to call Customer Service.

What can I do with CIS Link?

You can pay your water bill online, anytime, using your Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or your checking account.  You can also view your billing, payment, and water consumption histories.

Why should I use CIS Link?

CIS Link is an easy, convenient, and secure way to view your water and sewer (if applicable) account, and to pay your bill online.  CIS Link provides you with your very own virtual Customer Service Representative.

Who can use CIS Link?

Any current W & S Department customer can sign up for CIS Link.

How much does it cost to register for CIS Link?

Registering for CIS Link is free.

Is there a charge for making payments through CIS Link?

Effective June 2, 2017,  transaction  fees assessed by our payment processor for payments made through CIS Link may be viewed at: .
